Subscription and Payment

Refund Policy: All membership fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  • If a service provided by The STLL is not delivered as promised in there Terms and Conditions or is significantly different from the description provided, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of the issue.

Refunds will not be provided if the membership is unused, if the content does not meet individual expectations, or if the member decides to stop using the Service before the next renewal.

Freezing Your Account: Unfortunately, we do not offer the ability to freeze any memberships. All billing systems operate on an automated schedule, and payments will be attempted according to the billing information we have on file. The option to pause a membership is not available.

Membership Extensions: There is no option to extend or add access time to any membership plans. Access time is automated and begins immediately upon sign-up, with no exceptions to this policy.

Sharing Login Credentials: All purchases of The STLL content, including workshops and memberships, are intended for the purchaser’s individual use and cannot be shared with others. Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy are considered a breach of our Terms of Service, and The STLL reserves the right to cancel an active membership without refund.
