A Note on Mental Health
We recognise the importance of mental health and strongly recommend engaging in this work alongside a therapist.
If financial constraints prevent you from accessing this, the National Counselling Service (NCS) provides free in person or online counselling to people age 18 or older across the country. MyMind also offers online and in person counselling services, including options for free appointments and sessions. While we cannot guarantee specific results, affordable online support options like Talk Space or Better Help can also connect you with licensed mental health professionals.
For further assistance, we’ve gathered additional resources that may be helpful.
If you or someone you know is at immediate risk, please go to the emergency department of your local hospital or call emergency services at 112 or 999, available 24/7.
