At The STLL, we are committed to providing our members with valuable resources and support. This policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds, renewals, and cancellations to ensure clarity and transparency.
Membership Renewals
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis, as indicated at the time of registration. Members will receive an email reminder approximately one week prior to the renewal date.
If you wish to continue your membership, no action is required. Your membership will automatically renew, and your payment method will be charged the applicable fee.
Cancellations
Members may cancel their membership at any time. To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:
Log into your account on our website.
Navigate to the Membership section.
Select "Cancel Membership" and follow the prompts.
Cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period. If you cancel after your billing date, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds
All membership fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
If a service provided by The STLL is not delivered as promised or is significantly different from the description provided, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of the issue.
To request a refund, please email us at info@thestll.com with your membership details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 14 business days.
